The manifesto of the Journal for Jurisdiction Planning sets five laws for a sovereign family. We build your plan by all five.
Law 1
Your family holds its citizenships by choice.
A citizenship given at birth was never accepted. Once your family holds a second, every obligation it keeps is one it chose to keep, and it has as much voice at home as its ability to leave.
Law 1 in the manifesto →Law 2
Your family decides its jurisdictions before anything else.
Every tax plan, will and company assumes a jurisdiction. Custody of your assets follows the jurisdiction that governs you, wherever the bank that holds them sits, so the jurisdictions come before the structures.
Law 2 in the manifesto →Law 3
Your family holds residence or citizenship in at least two jurisdictions.
One jurisdiction cannot have been chosen, since there was nothing to choose it against. Two is the minimum at which choice, voice and safety become possible, and a designed plan turns them into three positions: the Vault, the Forum and the Refuge.
Law 3 in the manifesto →Law 4
Your family deals with every jurisdiction as an equal.
Your family owes a host its duties while the host keeps its obligations on security, prosperity, justice and posterity. It reports what the law requires and stays lawful everywhere, and when a host fails, it moves its capital and keeps the law.
Law 4 in the manifesto →Law 5
Your family contributes to every jurisdiction that benefits it, on terms its citizens welcome.
A family that takes a jurisdiction's protection, its courts, its markets or its passport owes it something in return, measured by what its citizens would be glad of if they knew the terms. Programmes a host's citizens resent are repealed, and the families who entered under them lose their ground; a family that contributes keeps a standing no change of government removes.
